Launching of MyLibrary 2.0

MyLibrary 2.0 is now available at http://mylib.lib.cuhk.edu.hk. MyLibrary 2.0 not only gives a brand new user interface, but also provides a cutting-edge technology for users to personalize different library online services in their own web spaces, such as viewing loan records, 360 Search, Library catalogues, managing E-Journal RSS feeds, etc.

MyLibrary 2.0 offers the following features:

• E-journal titles via RSS - Customize your favorite RSS feeds for E-Journal titles
• My Library Record - Show your loan records, coming due and overdue alerts
• 360 Search (E-Resources) – Save your subject(s) and search field when searching E-Resource via 360 Search.
• New Additions List - Customize new additions list with your own keywords
• Bookmarks - Build your favorite URL links
• Reply Board - Submit questions to reference librarians
• Library Catalogues & Web Search – Provide a search interface for library catalogues and search engines
